How Often do you replace Sidi insoles?

How Often do you replace Sidi insoles?
Replaced the insole with the dual density one two years ago. Anybody replace these every few years or just go on longer? Have a few occasional foot issues but don't know they have anything to do with the shoe, really.

never replaced them. i don't think i've even considered it.
