I had 20 seconds to kill and could not resist the urge to scratch that itch. I hope that my posting was productive.

@Makel, https://www.zamzar.com/ worked. I tried it on a file, and it actually did a good job.

Did they make you eat it too?
I've had my doubts about your gut's intelligence for quite a while now. Maybe you need to stop letting it have its head in the decision-making.

Hey @WHOoosshhh, there's a dog in the hospital named Wooshie. A smooth coated collie.
I always pictured you as something more along the lines of a pit bull. Not one of the mean ones, one of the sweet dofus ones.

HAHAHAHA! I dunno about that, coasting seem to cycle as much anyone on the 41 other than those who train for racing.

Well, they have to be sure they have the best and the brightest, don't they? Shouldn't you have been researching preschools so you could get him into the right kindergarten so he could get into the proper primary school and so on up? Or is that mostly an East Coast thing? My kid went to kindergarten in a small town in BFE where they would have taught anyone who held still long enough so I'm not sure how these things are done.

Whatever, went through the thread and gave up on why Heathpack's magic bike is no longer magic or why it was in a shop. I suspect that carbon seatpost she's been waiting a year for... Something to do with a new fork too. GF01 is premium priced bike, sure seems full of drama, is it really magic?
Bought a Madone and some sparrow bike? Sparrow, training for a triathlon?

Grooming kids from kindergarten on is lame. Let kids be kids. They have at least 6 years of school to prove themselves later in life (Junior HS - College Grad). Plus no one gives two craps where you went to school after so many years out of school, just what you know and what you are capable of. Only d-bags continue to care where you went to school.

Remember when coasting only had the folder for awhile?

True story:
When I was in college, my organic chemistry prof used to spring pop quizzes on us he called "quizzies" at the end of the hour. One day after the bell rang, folks were moaning and groaning about how hard the quiz was when some joker in the back of the room called out, "If you think his quizzies are bad, you should see his testes." That cleared out the room pretty fast.
