    Junior cyclist

I am junior cycling living in New Mexico. I Am 15 years old and on all junior team, my team is called Active Knowledge.. I am co captain and about to be captain. I ride 300 miles a week or more and am currently doing my first full racing season. I have basically been racing every weekend sometimes even two times a week. I am currently a cat 4 and just wanted to see what people have to say and see If there are actually any juniors out there !!

300 miles a week is a lot. Don't let your enthusiasm take over. Quality, not quantity. Rest, recover.

And post in the racing forum, LOTS of knowledge there.
Bikes: Old steel race bikes, old Cannondale race bikes, less old Cannondale race bike, crappy old mtn bike

Resist the temptation to over train. 300 is likely far too much. If you don't already have a coach find one that has a proven track record. Welcome to Bike Forums.
