Are splits in Strava only for paid members?
I downloaded Strava to give it a try.
Logged and saved a ride.
When I view it, I cannot find the splits anywhere.
Is this data reserved for only paying users?
If not, how do I view it?
Thanks in advance.

Looks like they only show splits for runs, not for rides.

Thanks. that seems like a feature they would not want to leave out of the ride side.
Wonder why it is not there?

My garmin records 1mile laps. Its information I never look at. Not really sure how useful it would be for a cyclist, unless you were on a velodrome.

Laps do show up on my Strava premium account. It doesn't show much information though. Garmin Connect shows a lot more info on laps/splits. I should mention I have a power meter and I don't know if that makes a difference (power is one field it shows under laps.)

Just set your lap interval on your device to whatever 'split' you want and use Garmin Connect to analyze.
