Back in the Saddle
Man it was a long 3 week break from the gout episode.
I went out for a 23 mile ride today and it was all GOOD!
It is so nice to be turning the wheels again!
Hopefully everyone is doing well.

Awesome. I know I guy with gout too and it sucks. He was also off the bike for about 3 weeks while his foot was swelled too big to fit into his shoe. Welcome back!
