Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

Liking the bike so far. Still messing around with the fit for the handlebar to get a better fit. I'm still a little stretched out on this bike compare to my old nishiki. Ordered a fsa 90mm stem in, so wait to see if that would help with the comfort level. Bit the bike is light, climb well and it feel like I'm smoother with my pedal strokes. https://m.flickr.com/#/photos/102964...5/14802916394/

I really am liking mine as well. I was really pleased with my lbs as they did the computer fit and dialed the bike in as they built it up for me. I swapped the saddle out and then back (the stock saddle is pretty good) and had to dial the reach in a little, but overall it feels about perfect.

About 200 mile on the bike and messing with the stem/top cap the other day... The bike start to get this creaking noise seem to come from the crank area. It's not loud but I do notice it. Got to ride it couple more time to figure out where it's really coming from... First problem with the bike so far.

Hope you find out what's making the noise soon. Creaks and clicks drive me mad. In any case, a new bike shouldn't be doing that so take it back to the shop for them to fix if you have to.

You got a great price. I've been eyeing the same model as well. I really dig the look of the bike (the contours and the colorway). I'm also considering the SuperSix EVO and the Argon 18 Krypton and Gallium (more expensive). I'm coming from a Cannondale Synapse alloy. Mostly because the frame is a bit big for me and also because I want something stiffer, more responsive and lighter.

My LBS made me a hell of an offer on the same bike. I took it for a test ride on one of the shop's weekly 20ish mile group rides. Damn thing was much faster than my Trek & I loved the Ultegra. The geometry was a bit too aggressive for me and the budget unfortunately didn't allow it in the end but its a great bike.
