Sorry, are you expecting that people can look at that tiny picture and determine if the parts on the bike are the same as on that list you posted? Seems likeyour expectations are high.

That is not a shimano crank and those are not mavic wheels, other than that you're on your own.

I didn't think the pictures were that tiny, but to answer the general question: "Are these ALL factory parts...?". Your answer is "no".
