I'm 180 and 20 years younger. I take in 100 calories every 15 miles on rides over 3 hours. Banana, dates, homemade gel. I also sip 1 bottle weak Gatorade and maltodextrin, other bottle water.
For a century, I'll bring half a peanut butter sandwich.
