Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

I saw two road cyclists on the sidewalk this afternoon. Scared by some traffic, no doubt. They can't all be as fearless as VV.

You do not understand the riddle which is why it does not make sense to you. I thought @Ramona_W would get it just right away, but @Velo Vol would figure it out via Google. @Velo Vol is not the internet master that I had envisioned.
You're comparing a process to an object.

Do you ever think of London? @coasting is in London. A small city. Dark in the daytime. People can sleep in the daytime. If they want to.
wut

Yes, I've thought of London, Back when @coasting posted here, and lived in London, it was a topic of sundry conversations.

The BMC and dry ice are both sublime. At normal temperatures and pressures dry ice sublimes directly from solid to gas without going through the liquid phase. The BMC bicycle is just plain sublime. According to @Heathpack that is.

The prize is as-not-yet determined. I will have to discover it during the trip. It will also depend on who the winner is.

No. This is maddening. You guys (except LOP) are barking up the wrong tree. How many hints can I give?

Hey @3alarmer, how did you wind up in Sacramento? All cities have their good points and bad points. So Sacramento: how did you figure it out?

I have never been to Merced, but I have been to Sacramento. For my licensing class to get my CA veterinary license, OMG that was excruciating. None of it related to me, things like cow ticks and how to treat itchy skin.

Have you ever been down El Paso way? Things get pretty spread out down there.
