Brim Brothers hits the market today at Interbike for their shoe based power meter, under $1000.
Going from bike to bike with ease and $1000 price point makes this attractive if it works.

My main concern would be durability. The bottom of a shoe is a pretty harsh place. Looks like it replaces the Speedplay 3-4 bolt adapter, which is a good idea, since the Speedplay base will provide some protection.

This may be the one power meter that finally gets me to buy. As for protection, I wonder if these will still be compatible?
