You exaggerate. It was 4:30am.
Advantages:
1. Zero trafiic
2. Its not hot
3. You can't see the top of the hills, psychologically this makes the hills smaller
Disadvantages:
1. Risk of cougar attack
2. Risk of hobo attack
3. Need to go to bed early the night before
All in all, though, the 4:30am ride is a nice one.

Excellent. A cousin sang that at our wedding. She rocked (she's a classically-trained vocalist). This was before everyone had a video camera in their phone, but I think that we may have it on one of these hard drives someplace, not that I'm going to look for it.

It's OK, I guess. It won't be featured on Pipedreams anytime soon.
When we first practiced I thought, "wut, this sounds terrible." Turns out one of the stops was messed up and it was making a vibrating noise. We've got several good pianists, but no true organist, so the instrument is underutilized these days.
I like the song. I wanted to play it as a duet with another trumpet, but this came up on short notice and he was out of town.

I would love to be hot again. Hill or no hill, I ride slower when it gets dark.

That's 7:30 my time, and even I am usually up and about by then.

I still love Junior's cheesecake, although many people say they have slipped badly. I don't see it, I still get a slice from time to time when I come through Grand Central, and the recipe can't possibly vary from one store to the next.

I can't remember why, but something turned me off about their Flatbush location - I'd have to ask my wife, but I *think* that it may have been that we saw a live pest in a display case, but it could have very well been something as mundane as poor service. In any event, it was one of those things that just left me with no desire for their product, regardless of the quality of their product (it's been so long that I don't even remember my impression of their cheesecake, though I haven't met too many cheesecakes that I didn't like).

Good job. There's no reason my personal distaste for running should affect you. I'm just lucky to have found one exercise form that works for me. More than one would be nice for me, but it is not to be.

I am actually a functional unit today after finally listening to @Heathpack and @Hermes. I looked at my form when doing squats, and was horrified at what I saw. What I thought I saw, and what the mirror said, were two different things. Cut my weight to half of what I was doing, and things were much better. Box jumps down to a 9" level, and that was like magic. Legs lifts and curls, no sweat there. Inclined sit-ups really seem to loosen me up, which is also good. Planks still suck, and always will.

I don't mind front planks, the side ones hurt my elbows and shoulders. I don't have any problem with my back or abs doing them, just supporting my weight on one elbow.
