Weighed my baby...not scientific but...
stopped at the LBS and chucked my 04 Zurich on their (not really accurate) scale.
The ride, as I weighed it.
04 Lemond Zurich (stock but...)
Bontrager Race XXX Lite fork
Look CX-6 Ti pedals
2- Arundel CF bottle cages
Selle Italia pro-link gel flow
Came in at 19.5 lbs.
Not too shabby for the quality of ride it delivers. I can't wait to throw on my Velomax Orion II's and take a giant chunk of weight off.

If you have a bathroom scale you can use it to weight your bike. Just weigh yourself, then weight yourself holding the bike. Subtract, and you have the weight of the bike.

Mine probably weighs about 21 pounds, not including tools and water (yeah, I ditched the Camelbak). It's a steel DeBernardi. If I change anything before it wears out, it will be the wheels, but they've been good to me so far. I was never much of a weight weenie. As weight goes down, so does value. But it's nice for bragging rights

My Trek 1000c weighs 26 pounds and I'm not complaining. I need to take weight off my butt before I even begin to think about getting a lighter bike.

For 2004 they downspec'd the wheelset to "Race" instead of "Race Lite" like in 03 and now in 05. I happened to catch the year of the downgrade, but I also caught the first year of the "spine" bike which is cool I guess. When I swap wheelsets I should shave about 3/4 of a pound- 1850g (ish) to 1500 (ish).
I should also say it's a 55cm.
55/RAD I know you have (had) a few Lemond's in 57cm I believe- what kind of weights are you pushing?
Also, I hope this thread doesn't come across the wrong way- I'm very happy with the bike, especially the ride. I finally had a moment to weigh it. Someday I'll weigh it on a better scale and get a true number.

i weighed my 56 cm Allez comp cro-mo (ultegra 9 speed) the other day. With comp, hrm, 2 steel bottle cages, stainless speedplay zeros, and my heavy shimano R540's, it weighed 20.74 lbs, so i'm happy.

My Cannondale is about 17.5, should dip below 17 with the new wheels if and when the mood finally overtakes common sense.

I've been bitten by the weight weenie bug as well. First off, wheels do make a huge difference. With my Elans on the Orbea (60c, steel w/ carbon seatstays, Record, FSA carbon cranks) the bike comes in at 17.5 using the bathroom scale. Should be around a pound heavier with regular wheels. The new full carbon fork took off about a half-pound or so. Most of the time, though, the Elans won't be on it.
Better yet is the fact that the bike fits like a glove and rides like a good steel bike should. while it's fun to drop weight from a bike, it doesn't matter a bit if the bike rides like crap as a result.
