Lpl, again I know it's probably off since I have no power meter. I wonder how it calculates that to come up with such a number.

Bianchi, I also enjoy watching my times on certain segments. But, I long ago, learned not to look at anyone elses.
In this instance the KOM has 4 seconds and a 10% speed advantage on all those tied for 2nd. That's a pretty big difference and likely to be attributed to some anomoly.
It could be as simple as riding in a group who were all leading him out for that segment.
I know we have more than a few local segments that are owned by significant tailwind, motor pacing, etc. Stuff that even the "A" guys can't touch in a group. A couple days ago one local "A" grouper averaged 66.4kph for just over 3 km. Do I need to mention it was blowing mid 40s gusting 100+kph? That doesn't show up on Strava! Good luck to anyone in the future who attempts to better that without similliar atmospheric assistance and very probably some auto pacing along the way.

Good point.
I forgot to mention that this segment is on a route that we do every Saturday morning. So those of you telling me to just relax and enjoy life....I am. I'm not going out of my way just to beat someone. This sprint started out with just our group of riders having fun with each other. It wasn't till later that I started uploading to strava.
