I have always liked the color orange. Both bikes look great. The constant generic all black color & the murdered out look inmo is getting really old

Yes, I do know I need to cut the steerer tube. Only thing I've changed on it is the saddle. Baby is getting some new shoes this spring. Retiring my current set of PSIMET aluminum clinchers and having them rebuilt.

Alright, this is too good to pass up. This is not my bike but it's identical to the one I had from about first grade to 7th grade. And Orange! 2014-me says, "Gawd, it's ugly." 3 spd IGH with over drive though. Boo ya. Talk about your riser stems too!

What year / model is that? I have the 2013 black / red Expert. Instead of a new bike I might go the route you did and paint it and add Di2. That will be in the future though.
