First drink* at a stop is always a swish and spit, in case of bugs or other debris hanging out in my mouth or the mouthpiece.
I'm very particular about bugs and other debris.
*Assuming not an extremely tough ride, in which case I may well forget, bugs be damned.

My nose runs all the time while riding. Doesn't matter if it's hot or cold. My poor gloves get wiped on alot. Also can't stand clipless shoes and pedals. I tried for 4 years, but now just wear sneakers on platforms. Probably more fredly than quirky.

As I am passing you on your left, I will NEVER EVER say "on your left".

I just look at the radar and watch the storm clouds for breaks and plan my route accordingly. Once in awhile I'll get caught by the edge of a storm, but not usually. If it is exceptionally windy I like to ride into the wind and then do a FAST return ride. I'll plan my route for the best high speed tailwind production. Failing that I'll just find a hilly tree covered ride.

I brush my teeth immediately before a ride and use mouthwash. I also take a hot shower before I ride. I like to be clean before I sweat plus it's a good way to warm and stretch this old body before exercise. for a while I was applying Old Spice aftershave too but stopped after I ran out.

When I look straight down the fork, I'm crooked too. I can see the right side of the wheel and not the left. When I started on the Walmart bike I thought my bike was obviously crooked. Then the same thing when I got my Giant, my view is skewed to the right while looking straight down the headstock to the wheel. Makes the front wheel look like it is crooked to the left.

My bike is inexpensive, at least relatively speaking. My bike has no brand name, it's been cobbled together from various other bikes I've owned and is overall workmanlike. I take pride in riding a cheap bike. I (if I do say so myself) make a nice living and I can afford a fancier bike... and yet I much prefer having a cheap-ass, no name bike that I know is reliable, I know I can destroy in a crash without worrying and I know how to fix everything on. My wife keeps asking me if I want a new one, how often does that happen?
My problem is that irrationally I spend much more on bike-specific clothing each year than on work clothing. Not even close. I own two brand new $200+ long sleeve jerseys. WTF?

I ride a, relatively, inexpensive bike that I am proud to have put together myself, but I would not be proud to ride a cheap bike.

Some of my quirks:
I always wear a base layer under my jersey; it doesn't matter if it's 100 out or 30 degrees; always a base layer.
I always wear a cycling cap backwards under my helmet.
I never ride without my road ID
I only wear full finger gloves
I shave my legs
Tires must be mounted with the logos lined up with the valve stems
All cables are trimmed to the same length, and always have cable ends on them
Handlebar tape should only come in black or white, and occasionally brown
and finally; while I have a fairly sizable collection of bicycles, I have a rule that I can have only one project/build at a time. All the bikes I own must be in perfect mechanical condition so I can simply add air to the tires if needed, and go. I don't believe in "wall hangers" or "carpet queens".
There are more, but I'm starting to get a complex.....lol

I prefer to ride the same loop time and time again like a rodent using STRAVA to gauge progress. And always wear gloves but no socks. "Summertime" only.

that's not quirky. that's crazy talk.
Nothing is actually "cheap" on my bike, everything is quality. While everything is well cared for, it's older and broken in. I like that my bike is well used and cobbled together. You can't buy it in a store. I built it, I maintain it. Perhaps it's a bit of a posture: to me it's the anti-newbie bike. I've been riding and racing since the 80s, my bike's something someone like me would ride. I know my bike to be 100% reliable, it's 100% silent, I like how my bike looks, it fits me perfectly and I know how to fix everything on it. Also, I know I can crash it without caring at all. The fact that it's low key and anti-bling is a plus to me.
/will likely buy a new carbon wonder bike next year

I won't ride one of my bikes unless the brakes are %100 centered so that the pads touch at exactly the same time. I see nice road race bikes with brakes set up so poorly that the rim flexes into the opposing brake arm when the brakes are squeezed. Go check yours right now :-)

No matter how many times I practice on the trainer, and even though I can do it on a mountain bike, I am incapable of unclipping with my right foot first on the road.

The only time I unclip right foot first is at stop lights when there is a curb to put my foot on.

I will stop and remove turtles from the road. I always take them to the side they were headed for; otherwise they will go back.
I wave at EVERYBODY, not just the Cat 6 wannabes.
I sing a lot. Well, "sing" is being very charitable to myself. I make noises is a better description.
I will ask directions from total strangers if my paper map has disintegrated. Although many times I just wing it.
