Unfortunately, one of our batches has been incorrectly packaged in a Rapha Chamois Cream tin. If you have purchased this product for yourself or as a gift, please check that your purchase is correctly labeled.
If you have received Rapha Winter Embrocation in a mislabeled Rapha Chamois Cream tin, we ask that you remove it from your cupboard and dispose of it, to avoid any confusion in the future. We of course will be happy to replace this for you. Please reply to this email, stating the batch number written on the base of your tin and we will send you a voucher to the value of the product.
Please note that all Rapha Winter Embrocation has been removed from sale online, while we check that our existing stock has been correctly packaged.
