Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

New bike fever, just broke!

I had it bad, I wanted some bling. I waited overnight, still wanted it this am. Loaded up the cart and got my credit card. Decided to take a shower first. I started thinking how I needed to wear some stuff out. I'll have another extra bike to sell/store. It won't make me any faster. When I got out of the shower my new bike fever had broke. This bike needs another 5K miles season before I start thinking about replacing it.

I was drooling over that BD Ultegra Di2 bike. We're road riding out here still, with some gravel grinding too.

But.... your existing bike, while not shiny new, is a great looking bike! Good call on waiting. I keep lusting over the BD Ti Ultegra.
