Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

That why I have never understood that après ski outdoor hot tub thing. It's okay as long as you are in, but before and after are murder.

Hey @RPK79, what percentage of your annual income did you spend on those wool socks? I don't want to know how much you make, I'm just asking. So don't get defensive about it.

Just don't say per p/m. Doing that looks to be the accounting equivalent of saying brifters.

Normally I would base the percentage off of monthly income though.

I spend about 75% (net). Last year I bought two pairs of bibs and a small bottle of chain lube. And one pair of bibs was from Performance.

Once, in the early 90s I spent a month's salary on a Bianchi Grizzly. Even that was pretty unwise, I think. But No regrets!!!!

Second biggest was the goose at about 60% monthly and then the Pinarello at 40%.

Nevermind that. Who actually has their income defined by month? Normal is hourly, yearly, or commission. I mean, my compensation is defined annually, but I'm paid bimonthly an amount that's defined by how the work days line up to the middle and end of the month. Therefor, my monthly salary fluctuates slightly.
