You will get a lighter product from BHS. Otherwise everything is pretty much the same. Though you can get the 1:2 drilling from BHS too. I really value that with flange spacing that are very uneven on the rear hub. Been using alloy nipples for decades. Only one or two problems over all that time: corroded nipples that cracked and had to be replaced. Not an issue when you do your own wheel work.

They are only more desirable if you desire that sort of thing more. Besides what other standpoint is there besides weight?

Well actually I had little choice but to buy in, or face constant harassment from the determined little lady. #iknowmyplace #chooseyourbattles

If you've been married all those years, I know you have.
But what would we do without them?

@Bah Humbug, my TT helmet has a face shield, but you say it's less detrimental to run glasses?

The other funny thing about that video is that she apparently rode all afternoon to get to the lake, at sunset, then says, "gotta get back home before dark."
As a frequent dusk-time rider, I'd say she's a bit late for that.

...it's generally considered poor form to order discounted crap on the internet and take it into your LBS to "please put it together for me". They make a certain amount of their often meager incomes from the mark up on parts like rims.

...now that @LesterOfPuppets and @Ramona_W have entered into the third year of their relationship,
I think they ought to get a power couple name, like Lesmona_W or maybe Ramaster of Puppets.
