Leto/Cinelli lugged steel roadie, Campagnolo C-Record, delta brakes, 57 cm

My understanding is that this road bike was built by German framebuilder Leto. The only markings on the frame are Cinelli, on the seat tube lug and the bottom bracket (see pictures) and Campagnolo on the front and rear dropouts. I believe it's built of Reynolds 531 steel. The components include many Campy parts (cranks, hubs, headset, shifters, derailleurs, seat tube) some of which if not all are C-Record, including the (in)famous Delta brakes. Old LOOK pedals. No chain on it currently. The handlebars (Salsa Short and Shallow, I think) are shimmed into the Cinelli stem.

Some dings, scuffs, and chips in the paint from use.

Asking SOLD in CONUS.

Measurements:

Standover height: 33"
Bottom bracket to center of top tube: 22.25" (56.5 cm)
Top tube (center of lug to center of lug): 22"
Seat tube: 23"
Downtube: 24.5"

Does no look like a Cinelli. Cinelli made lugs so that is no way to say it's a cinelli. Many builders used their lugs on their bikes. Still, nice group on it and the chrome lugs look cool
