1920s Johnson Motor Wheel on Rollfast bicycle

1920s johnson motor wheel on roll fast bicycle. The motor turns over but does not run, I have not tried getting it running. It all seems to be there besides the gas tank. It's a very collectible piece.

Good compression on the cylinder, how many PSI? 16:1 or 24:1 Fuel Mix? Does it have spark or does it have a dead magneto?
on light duty due to illness; please contact my assistants for forum issues. They are Siu Blue Wind, or CbadRider or the other 3 star folk. I am currently at home recovering from a couple of strokes. I am making good progress, happily.

If you look at the chain ring, it's a Harvard model and very barn fresh, maybe 1936ish. You were apologetic on the CABE about the effort to sell the bike, took 17 bids to 2,800+ on eBay and it ended without a winner, relisted it at 100 and called it an error.

I think you should probably rethink your selling strategy, unless it sold finally, which you never indicated.

eBay listing linked from the CABE (the one that was relisted and then canceled): http://www.ebay.com/itm/Vintage-John...5#ht_89wt_1187

Thank you. It should be imperative for any seller to tie their loose ends and close their thread upon completion of a sale to prevent confusion. What is more telling is that they had not set such a high reserve and had run a regular auction instead they would be eight hundred dollars richer?

    That was quite unfortunate.
