2014 Independent Fabrication Crown Jewel frame, fork & a few extras

2014 custom Independent Fabrication Crown Jewel frame (steel)/fork (carbon) up for sale. This sale includes frame, fork, bottom bracket, headset, cable stops, seatpost clamp, and the braze on front derailleur adapter. The frame is made of IndyFab's steel blend of Reynolds 853 and True Temper OX Platinum. The fork is an Enve Road 2.0 carbon fork painted to match the color of the frame. The photo showing only a small portion of the downtube is intended as a somewhat better viewing of the color, but of course, keep in mind that every monitor is different and the color itself changes in shade, daylight, and so on. IndyFab calls the color "Light Lavender." The decal labels used are silver and were kept minimal.

The Crown Jewel has very few miles on it and just finished being custom built in July of this year. Here are the specs for this frame/fork:

    Seat tube: 42cm
    Top tube: 49.7cm
    Top tube angle: 9.3 degrees
    Head tube: 120mm
    Head tube angle: 71 degrees
    Standover: 723.8mm
    BB: 68mm English

Fork: Enve Road 2.0, carbon - painted to color match frame
    Fork offset: 50mm

The frame is intended to use 700c wheels (not included). The headset included is sealed bearing, and the bottom bracket included in the auction is a Shimano Ultegra external bottom bracket.

I've included a photo of the geometry to aid you in deciding if this frame is the appropriate size for the intended rider. As you will see in the photos, there is a small chip in the paint on one of the chainstays. It happened the first time it was ridden when a rock got thrown at the bike. There is also a small rub spot (that unfortunately doesn't photograph well) on the headtube from the cables when it was assembled. Build joints should be expected to show paint removal as well, as this is unavoidable.

Total price for frame/fork and extras as indicated here is $1,400 (via Paypal). This is half of what I paid just a few months ago. Shipping is only available within the continental U.S., and the cost to ship is included in the sale price.

Thanks for looking, and if you know anyone who this might work for, please send them over.

    Price Drop

Dropped $400 off price and will consider a reasonable offer. I need to sell this frame. If anyone has interest, please drop me a note. Thanks

    Is this still available?
I'm thinking about it and comparing the geometry to my current bikes to see if it is my size.
