its a barend but can't find where to adjust? its loose at the point where the pod inserts into the aero bar?

its a bareend but i can't find where to tighten? the only screw it has to to adjust the tension of the gear...its loose at the part where the gear pod inserts into the aero bar. its not an STI.

the gear pod on my bike is loose...I can still shift gears but the thing rattles when i ride and is very annoying...its the rear gear pod which is on the aero bars of my tri-bike. how do i fix?
