After my homework today I'm inclined to think that the tubeset is SL which is no bad thing, SLX would be noticeably lighter...

I have to admit the gearing, brakes and hubs are all tight as a drum, almost tempted to keep it as is but this is my first restoration project and I'd quite like to kit it...

I really hope so! Just noticed the brake levers and calipers are Shimano 105. Wheels are Mavic MA2 on Shimano 600 hubs.
