Alright, well turns out the WD-40 flush worked. Im so relieved I dont have to go out and buy new shifters. Its odd though, wouldn't think a lubrication problem would seize up that quickly.

I also wear pretty simple clothes. The cycling shorts were deffinatly worth it, but I wear them under some athletic shorts w/ a teeshirt.

Aside from wearing cycling shorts (which do really help)...
