Quicker/Easier Clip-Out than Candy?

I've been using Candy C pedals, but have to rotate too far to get out. Is there something I can get that will get out of easier or with less rotation? These are hard on my knee.

Have you tried Specialized? I have a long torso and shorter legs at 6'1. I rode a Specialized 29er and it was all wrong for me, but since you're set up differently it may work for you.
