20 miles today on my schwinn criss cross didnt think I would ever be back on a bike have loss 172 pounds with the help of riding my bike. From 382 down to 210 pounds.

Well little over 10 months ago I wieghed 382 and was a clyesdale I now wiegh 208 if I losse 9 more pounds will I still be a clydesdale. Im thinking once a clydesdale allways a clydesdale.

i might be over qualified for this forum im 380 pounds im wanting to get back into riding to loose wieght. I have arthritis in my knees so im thinking that bike riding would be a low impact exercise....

I havent been on a bike since a kid I want to loose weight and have arthritis i wieght 380 it is hard for me to walk. Im thinking about getting a mountain bike. I need to know am i to big for a bike....
