I use the 200L Dual for trail riding. I have one one the bars and one on the helmet. Works great. Reviews show that the 200L dual has an intensity of 32 lux, and the 600L 33.

That's a nice bike. I test rode the white/ultegre sl model a few months back. Only real surprise was the weight. With pedals it was well over 19 lbs.

I finished in 6:11 according to the race clock at the finish. Right near you guys. I got a 2nd wind in the last 15 miles so if you saw a guy on a tarmac go by towards the end that was me. :)
