My Fork has just....

I just got back in from riding and my RST Gila T4 keeps bottoming out when a do 3ft dropoffs. I'm pretty sure its a Coil Spring. Is it time for a new fork, or can i fix it?

i also have a 04' hardrock sport. they def. can hold up foot drops. i duno how high the drops you do, but like paintballdude said, the rims are extra strong and so is the frame. good luck!
