I dipped an entire timbuk 2 in bleach, and it barely did anything to it. The logo turned white though. :P

The surly hubs laced to the Alex rims aren't bad at all, they're solid wheels. I think any DP-18 or cheap deep-v wheels would be a downgrade in my opinion.
