I would go with black to match the saddle, or if you could find some silver plastic tape that would look cool, but a lot of people don't like...

You can "squeeze" a 130mm into a 126mm without cold setting. I did it on my series paramount no problem, and then if I ever want to go back to the original component It won't be an issue, right now...

That was my thinking, but it's not that difficult to get a columbus tubing stickers. Plus all the cioccs I've seen have had Ciocc stamped on top of the seat stay. Then again I haven't seen that many.
