Nitto RB-021 Pursuit Bar with a 26.0mm clamp...

Nitto RB-021 Pursuit Bar with a 26.0mm clamp diameter. However, its not loose from the stem to the bars.. its loose where the stem attaches to the steerer tube.

Loose stem help?

So I just bought a Cinelli Alter stem (1" threadless, 26mm). So I slap it on my Bianchi Pista.. tighten up the top screw, then the sides. Put the wheel in between my legs and try to move the bars...

Brake for Bianchi Pista

I just got a Pista and I'm looking to install a front brake. So my question is, what size brake would fit my bike?
