ermahgerd. -6F, and -19F with the windchill...cut what was supposed to be 75 min @ z2 down to 50 due to frozen feet. Heat wave tomorrow, though I hear it'll hit 20 degrees.

Track meet yesterday: Ran a 2:00.12 half mile, and split a 53.1 in the 4x400m relay...not bad for some early season indoor times. Should have a lot to look forward to this year.

Tipped over on a patch of ice near a stop this morning...put a hole in my shoe covers. Scratched my elbow, and my confidence as well. Winter riding woes.
