i used a skinsuit because i didn't need pockets and it was more 'aero' but no there are no such requirements. jersey pockets don't serve much of a purpose though. i've seen people race in t-shirts.

there was nothing difficult about it meaning the weak riders didn't face any kind of selection. redlands was fast hard and everyone suffered. average 295 watts for redlands vs avg 215 for la circuit....
