My ride is 10 miles each way. Mostly it is a back road in a suburb with a series of short climb and lots of sharp turns. I do it in approx. 55 minutes.

I store my toiletries and shoes at my desk....

I pack sandwish from home, usually 3 slices of whole grain bread with tunna and cheese. I stop for breakfast at a cafe en route, so I don't have to carry an extra pack for another meal.
