I used this when building my old road bike, it does a pretty good job. You'll probably need someone to help measure you, though.

Get a real fit. If they really want to sell a bike they won't charge you for it. I don't think a 54cm is far off, I have a 54cm SuperX...

Get your sit bones measured, pick a saddle that fits them, ride. If it doesn't work for you, pick another, and so on.
