My first "ten speed" was an Astra (re-badged Motobecane) that I got in High School. Weighed about as much as a Buick. The Alvit Derailleurs were right at home with the warped chainrings.

I recently purchased an early eighties European road bike. The Badging reads "Schweitzer Sarreguemines".
Group is 600EX Arabesque. Wheels are Mavic E 700c. Cinelli 1R stem and Cinelli Giro Italia...
