Finally got out on the bike again

Just finished a 34 mile ride on a beautiful Maine day.

A complete rebuild of our side porch has kept me busy on too many days but today I just said, "I need a break!"

Personally, I have been doing 35 to 60 minutes a day. My pace is (or feels similar to) what I use when on the road;
