I also have a 2010 CAAD9-4. Longest ride on it so far is 66 miles and I felt fine. Just keep your handle bars higher for a less aggressive, more touring style profile.

I have a 2010 CAAD9-4 with that came with the same stock Prologo saddle. Had the same problems you're talking about. Changed to the Specialized Toupe (even more minimalist with larger cut-out)...
