How long does it take you guys to recover from three consecutive 150TSS days? I (50 y.o. cat 3) used to be able to come back after one easy day but that hasn't been working out for me this year....

Doubt it. That 10% might get you through the next 12 months, but after that you'd be looking for another 10%. Unless you are the exception, your lifestyle would likely expand and absorb that 10%.
