FSA Carbon Pro Compact Crankset goes all "warpy" when I torque down the crank bolts.

With the drive side crank bolt lose the chain rings only have the slightest wobble (< 1mm). Once I tighten the crank bolt the wobble increases to at least 4mm and rubs the derailleur.
