I'd get something with better geometry for all around riding. The fuzz actually looks pretty hot from them. Not sure about price.

A custom bike is more ideal. I'd take that $400+ and upgrade your bike unless your ready for a new frame, then go for it as long as you really dig the frame that comes with that complete you...

Generally speaking a guy your size would ride a 21 or 21.25 inch TT for dirt, and you should have range for chain adjustability to 15 inches. But this can vary greatly depending on your preferences...
