Mission Trail Regional Park is where I do all my riding, mainly because it's 5 minutes from my house, but it is still a great place to mtb and there are plenty of people biking, run/walking (dogs)...

I'm a guy so I would imagine the pain is horrible. On another note, how are frames measured? How does a 16" frame compare to a 17" or 18" other than the obvious "its smaller".
