Another Garmin 500 question

Anybody know how I can change my power zones? I cant seem to get to the field to manually enter my ftp. The manual doesnt really help, nor does garmin.

I just bought a Trek Madone 6.5 frameset and I would like to build up with Ultegra. I am curious about the 90mm BB. Will the standard Ultegra BB fit this frame?
