The AMer Classic cassette does not work on the Powertap wheel. The Wheels Manuf cassette will work, but is $130 or more.

In that price range, the Supergo Access is very hard to beat. Don't know about the seatpost dia., but I believe it comes with a seatpost anyway. For around $200(or less), you get a pretty nice frame.

I'm 6'2 and ride a 58 Jake, with a 120 stem. Probably about the same inseam as you though. You could probably ride either, but I'd suggest the 58 if you're going to do any 'cross racing.
