I paid $100 for mine and stripped it and upgraded with 8 speed LX/XT components I ebayed. It's a good solid frame and with a set of fenders I use it for my winter beater/foul weather bike.

C-record pulleys work fine and they are an upgrade as they have bearings vs bushings. Only tip off that they are not NOS is they are grey vs black.

The ones WWW cyclery have (had) were C-record with grey plastic wheels. The are an upgrade from the SR pulleys as they have bearings vs bronze bushings.
