Rollers& trainers

I found I did not like to use them. So I picked up a used Nordic Track ski machine. I love using it when its raining. It gets some arm exercise in without too much strain.

Campsites every 10 miles or so. 4 lean to shelters and pit toilets. Bald eagle sightings. No cellphone reception.

There are well pumps at most campsites along the GRT.
So unless you are biking during the winter, water is no problem.
