I've been able to hit 40mph for short bursts on flat ground. My general riding is 32-35mph for 15miles and another 5miles at 25-30mph then the batts are pretty drained. It has 3 power levels #1=22mph...

I didnt think about the warmers. I've also been thinking that if it was 34 degree F out that at 30mph the chill factor would have to be abit below freezing and the batts are just in a frame bag....

Does anyone know if cold temps might effect the power output of this type of battery? I do know that it is best to store these batts at about 40% charge and the colder the better to perserve shelf...
