hum ... I am not that techincal .. the old cassette was an Ultegra CS6600 is that helps ... or how can I tell if it is a "deeper ultegra/da only splines"? thanks!

yap definitely lined up ... the little notches...

yap definitely lined up ... the little notches seem to keep the cassette from sliding down ... the "old" cassette slides down no problem?

Shimano Hub and SRAM cassette ... compatible?

I removed an Ultegra cassette from my shimano wheel and was about to put a new SRAM PG1050 but it won't slide down the hub. It engages but won't slide down the hub? Is that a compability issue or? ...
