Just bought a pair of these from US dealer. The tag says made in the USA.

I thought these were made in Europe somewhere.

Anybody seen this before?

I use eggbeaters on my MTB and RB. Along with SIDI Dominator 5 shoes. I have never had any problems with unclipping or hot spots. They are also a reasonable weight.

Your results could vary!

Connex link makes them for 9 and 10 speed chains. 6.5mm and 6.2mm in stainless steel. I have a 9 and 10 speed. One for my MTB the other for my 10 speed Ultegra roadie.

They both work as advertised!

Make sure you give the Raleigh Prestige 05 a ride before you make your decision. I tried the bikes that you have, and the Raleigh felt best to me. It also comes with a great component set up....

I use eggbeater SL's with my Sidi MTB shoes. Lets me walk around without the cleats touching and clicking on the ground. Makes it easier to sneak up on those doughnuts!
